New Delhi, October 3: A movie crew entered the premises of Gurdwara Panja Sahib in Punjab province of Pakistan whereas sporting footwear and shot a film without permission that has outraged the Sikh community within the country, Bharatiya Janata Party leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa claimed, sharing a video of the incident.
“Blasphemous actions continue in Pakistan: Sharing a video of BEADABI in Gurdwara #PanjaSahib, the place a movie crew was allowed to shoot for a movie in Gurdwara premises. Earlier we saw similar photos of frivolous acts in premises of Gurudwara Kartarpur Sahib,” Sirsa wrote whereas sharing the video.

He shared a video message on his Twitter deal with condemning the act, saying, “A movie crew who were taking pictures a movie contained in the Gurudwara Panja Singh on September 29, entered whereas wearing sneakers, which angered the devotees. One of them tangled with the crew and recorded the incident. When the devotee complained about it, the Pakistan government detained that individual despite taking motion towards the culprit.”
The BJP chief said that an area Sikh has knowledgeable that ever because the devotee reported the event, that person is lacking, and the locals have been threatened in opposition to sharing the video of the incident.
Sirsa additional stated that the Pakistan government as an alternative of taking action against the culprits has detained the devotees who recorded the incident. The BJP chief condemned the act and demanded the Indian authorities take immediate action and raise the difficulty with the Pakistani government.
“The Pakistan authorities continues to ignore acts of Beadbi in opposition to the Sikh religion. Instead of taking motion in opposition to the culprits who did the “Beadabi” and entered the gurdwara with footwear, it is taking steps against those that reported the event. We condemn this blasphemy within the strongest phrases. I urge the External Affairs ministry and the federal government of India to take up the difficulty with the Pakistan authorities and take immediate action towards it,” the BJP chief added.
In the viral video of the incident, a group of men wearing sneakers had been seen walking contained in the Gurdwara Panja Sahib in the Hasan Abdal space of Attock District of Punjab province in Pakistan. According to media stories, the film crew had been taking pictures a film ‘Lahore-Lahore A’ contained in the Gurudwara.

The crew entered the gurdwara wearing shoes that offended the devotees who scuffled with the crew and shot a video of the incident. The video went viral on social media creating outrage among the Sikh neighborhood.
